Safety documentation

Safety Data Sheets

Every Polyflake product ships with its current Safety Data Sheet. If you handle, store, transport or specify our material, you are entitled to that document, and we would rather you read it before you order than after.

How to get a sheet right now

Request any sheet below and we send the current revision the same business day. Every shipment also leaves with the sheets for everything in the consignment, so you never have to chase them at delivery. If you need a full documentation pack for a tender or a vessel file, ask and we will assemble it.

Handling and transport

What you need to know before it arrives

Ground freight only

Our materials are regulated dangerous goods. They travel by ground, never by air, and we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes. International orders route through a dangerous goods freight forwarder.

Storage matters

Catalyst and resin must be stored separately, away from heat, ignition sources and oxidisers. The sheet gives the temperature range and shelf life for your grade. Getting this wrong shortens pot life at best.

Pass the sheet on

If you employ the crew handling this material, you are required to make the Safety Data Sheet available to them and to label containers correctly. We supply the sheets; putting them in front of your people is your part.

Need a document we have not listed?

Technical data sheets, certificates of conformity, test reports or a full documentation pack for a tender. Ask and we will put it together.
