Polytube®
Pipe Lining

We rebuild long runs of pipe from the inside, in diameters from 2" to 24". The liner works its way through 90° elbows and tees, so nothing has to come apart. It cures fast, causes little disruption, and gets the line back in service quickly, for up to 85% less than replacing the pipe.

Long Runs. Minimal Disruption. Back In Service Fast.

Polytube® rebuilds pipework from the inside with a structural fiberglass (GRP) inversion liner. We invert the liner into the existing pipe and cure it hard against the wall, so you end up with a smooth, corrosion-resistant new pipe sitting inside the old one. It threads through 90° elbows and tees on its own, with nothing taken apart, and works well in diameters from 2" to 24".

Since the liner goes in from inside the line, there is no need to cut out long sections of pipe. We just remove a spool piece at each end to launch and recover it. That makes it a good fit for vessels and installations where access is tight and every hour of downtime costs money. How much we line in one go comes down to the pipe diameter, how many bends it has, and the conditions on site.

The liner cures fast, so the system is back in use quickly and the surrounding plant is barely touched. The finished line is rated to last 25+ years, and if it's ever damaged we can repair it on site. The point is simple: keep critical piping running instead of ripping it out.
