Privacy Policy

The short version: we only use your details to help you protect your assets. We don't spam, we don't sell your data, and your phone number is used for one thing only: talking to you about your enquiry.

Who we are

Polyflake LLC is a protective coatings company based at 6500 NW 35th Avenue, Miami, FL 33147, USA. When this policy says "we" or "us", that's who it means. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@polyflake.com and a real person will answer.

What we collect, and why

When you use a form on this website, whether requesting a quote, downloading our brochure, or sending an enquiry, we ask for:

  • Your name and company, so we know who we're talking to.
  • Your email address, so we can reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for.
  • Your phone number (optional), so an engineer can call you about your project when that's faster than email.
  • Project details you choose to share, so we can give you a useful answer instead of a generic one.

Our phone promise: if you give us your phone number, we use it to contact you about your enquiry or project. That's it. No cold-call campaigns, no automated dialers, no handing it to third parties, no adding you to marketing call lists. If you'd rather we only email, just say so and we will.

Calls and text messages (SMS)

If you tick the opt-in box on one of our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Polyflake LLC about your enquiry or project at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help; you can also withdraw consent by emailing info@polyflake.com. Your phone number and your opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

What we never do

  • We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We never sign you up for newsletters or marketing you didn't ask for.
  • We never share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Booking a call

Our "Book a Call" page uses Microsoft Bookings to schedule consultations. When you book, the details you enter are processed by Microsoft on our behalf and appear in our calendar. Microsoft's own privacy statement applies to their processing.

Forms and email delivery

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox using Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your submission passes through their systems solely to reach us; see the Web3Forms privacy policy for details on their processing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which places a cookie that helps us understand how visitors use the site and lets us show relevant Polyflake content to past visitors on LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out of LinkedIn's ad tracking via your LinkedIn settings. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and lead details for as long as they're relevant to an active or potential project relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will. See below.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask what we hold: email us and we'll tell you what information we have about you.
  • Correct or delete it: ask, and we'll update or remove your details.
  • Change how we contact you: prefer email only, or no contact at all? One message is enough.
